If I rec something that does not specifically focus on romance it will be under the General catagory. Check out the Fandom/Pairings page for a list of what I've loved enough to share.
If you adore a fic share it with me? I'd love to see what moves you all~
I will not rec an incomplete story; incomplete series, yes, but if the individual part isn't complete, I won't rec it.
I hope you enjoy these stories as much as I do. I own nothing but the comment unless specifically stated.

Title: Need
Author: Menirva
Fandom: Dark Knight Rises (2012)
Pairing(s): Bane/Barsad/Blake, Bane/Barsad, Bane/Blake
Rating: Explicit
Warnings: Alternate Universe, Alpha/Beta/omega dynamics, Omega!Bane, Beta!Barsad, Alpha!Blake, Threesome- M/M/M, Dub-con, knotting, heat cycles, Threesome- M/F/M
Length: ~65,800 words
Summary: Omega verse AU set during Gotham’s occupation.
Comments: You need to read this even if you’re a bit iffy on the inclusion of Barsad because this author has converted me to this pairing. This fic just perfect. This follows John as he hates his Alpha dynamic and how being with Bane and Barsad help him come to terms with what he truly wants. I loved all of the emotional conflicts that John faces because it would be something that he has trouble excepting, having sex with Bane and Barsad (a beta). He stays true to his values through this fic and the gradual shift toward Bane and Barsad is just wonderful. There are some wonderfully snarky moments in this that had me in fits of giggles while the entire plot is in the midst of chaos. Please enjoy this amazing story.

Though, according to Jim, Sherlock isn’t nearly as happy as he could be. He should find someone like Jim found his dear pet Sebby. Sherlock is skeptical, until he finds an army doctor with a psychosomatic limp in a twisted sense of fate.
Comments: If you ever want to read something twisted, this is what you need. I don’t know what I was expecting when I went into this fic but I was blown away. The author did a really good job bringing John and Sherlock together while not making it an automatic thing. John is perfect guys. He’s stubborn until other’s are in harms way. I just had to sit for a good hour to soak up all the conflicting feelings I had for this. It’s really well written and the characters and set up are perfect just be prepared for your moral center to be questioned. Also I had nightmares about the content after reading it so apparently I’m squeamish but seriously this is so well written guys~ Please enjoy.

The set up and progression of the events worked well together as just the right amount of information was revealed to keep me on the edge of my seat, trying to predict what would happen next. Please enjoy.

Inspired by the episode responsible for this image set (“Nightmare in Red”).
Comments: I loved the concept that Hulk and Bruce were completely separate to the point that they were romantically attracted to other people. Clint’s warring with himself over his feelings for Hulk were lovely. The entire voice of the characters in this fic are just flawless. Please enjoy.
Title: Muzzle
Author: Menirva
Fandom: Dark Knight Rises (2012)
Pairing(s): Barsad/Blake, Bane/Barsad/Blake
Rating: Explicit
Warnings: Alpha/Beta/omega Dynamics, Alternate Universe, Threesome- M/M/M, bonding, Sex
Length: ~6,600 words
Summary: Omegas couples are highly respected and it is generally agreed that the rarer, unbonded alphas need to be kept under careful lock and key so that their own aggressive, protecting instincts aren’t used against them. John and Barsad are quite happy with their relationship together as bonded omegas, but when their heats start syncing up and getting out of hand, they decide that maybe it’s time to add a third.
Comments: Guys this story did things to me. I loved the entire reversal of Omega and Alpha dynamics, the fact that Alphas are caged and two bonded Omegas are revered. Bane is just perfect. I loved his presence in this fic, the aura he gave off with the lack of words. Bane was rightfully suspicious and distrustful of John and Barsad when they first approached and remained so until they gained his trust. I loved the progression of his character. He was wonderfully sweet and awkward when it came to sex. There is also very lovely John and Barsad panting for it. Please enjoy.
Title: Facets of Steve
Author: someidiothasice
Fandom: The Avengers-All Fandoms
Pairing(s): Steve/Tony
Rating: Teen
Warnings: Dissociative Identity Disorder, multiple personalities
Length: ~2,700 words
Summary: Tony blinked and stared. Casserole. Glass jar of milk. He pulled his head back and looked at the counter. The cheese grater and large knives were resting in the stainless steel dish rack. Tony let the refrigerator door shut and thumped his head on it twice before sighing.
Victoria was back.
Comments: I have such a love for this fic. I’m not entirely certain that Steve’s reactions to his alternate personalities is health but I think it’s right for him. The small things that give away Steve’s other self we wonderful. Tony’s responses to any of Steve’s switches is really awesome because he’s understanding and loves them just as much as Steve but on different levels. Please enjoy.
Title: Remember Me
Author: Jen (ConsultingWriters)
Fandom: Skyfall, James Bond (Movies), James Bond- All Media Types
Pairing(s): Bond/Q
Rating: Teen
Warnings: Amnesia!Bond, sexuality crisis
Length: ~5,700 words
Summary: Bond has lost his memory. Q has lost his love.
“What have I forgotten?” Bond asked; Q watched him, trying to find the James he knew.
“Nothing that you won’t work out on your own, if it’s really important,” Q said carefully, before returning every fraction of his attention to the computer in front of him.
Comments: This fic is beautiful. I adored the writing style and how you’re pulled into the story. Bond was perfect. I think he would have had a bit of a time coming to grips with loving Q and this author outlined it wonderfully. Q’s reactions to all this had my in tears. I loved how the author communicated the anguish that Q was feeling over the loss of Bond’s memory and how restrained Q was. He made the smart decisions as would be expected of him. I also liked that it didn’t focus completely on Bond’s relationship with Q, that he had to grieve over M and Vesper once more. Please enjoy.
Title: Arms And The Man
Author: copperbadge
Fandom: The Avengers, Marvel Avengers Movies Universe
Pairing(s): Steve/Tony
Rating: Explicit
Warnings: Mild Dub-con
Length: ~14,500 words
Summary: His best friend keeps cockblocking him, his relationship guru is a computer, and he might be gay. The future is very complicated.
Comments: I enjoyed this a lot more than I anticipated. I loved the voice of Tony in this fic. Tony is scatter brained and straight forward and the entire idea of Steve being awed when Tony focuses solely on him was lovely. I adored Steve and his planning. Steve’s reactions to the women were perfect I felt as he wouldn’t wish to hurt people unnecessarily. Please enjoy.
Title: An Idea Whose Time Has Come
Author: TDazz

Rating: Explicit
Warnings: Aliens made them do it
Length: ~14,800 words
Summary: When two of the Enterprise’s crewmen are caught violating a local planetary law, Kirk and Spock assume responsibility under an unusual legal system.
Inspired by Echomur’s challenge: But They’re Straight
Comments: I liked this a lot more than I was expecting. I loved the entire idea behind this fic but I wasn’t sure how well it would be executed. I was extremely satisfied. I loved the dynamics between them and the overhanging notion that they may not get together in the end (I’m not going to tell you if they do). This was just perfect. Please enjoy.
Title: Love Bites
Author: OneWhoSitsWithTurtles
Fandom: Inception
Pairing(s): Eames/Arthur

Length: ~33,800 words
Summary: The team is back together for a new job, but this time their mark has a vampire kink they will have to take advantage of in order to succeed. Eames volunteers. Arthur is unimpressed. Arthur/Eames
Comments: I really loved how the trust was built up between Eames and Arthur in this. The conflicts that they have as they explore Arthur’s kink while on the job is wonderful. The fact that Eames isn’t completely for the kink when Arthur reveals that he’s into it when Eames was kind of squishy about it to begin with really made me give the author a thumbs up. Please enjoy~
Title: Hamartia (the hero’s fatal flaw)
Author: astolat
Fandom: Person of Interest
Pairing(s): John Reese/Harold Finch
Rating: Explicit
Warnings: Slightly domestic
Length: ~15,300 words
Summary: ”We’re not looking to make friends, Harold,” John said. “We want our neighbors to classify us and then avoid us. Being the scandalous gay couple down the street is a good option.”
Comments: I adored this story. I loved how John and Harold’s relationship came together, how they just seemed to fall into one another without anything becoming awkward. I loved their interactions with Leila. I originally clicked this fic because I adored the idea of Harold and John being domestic in a neighborhood where John could be a badass if anyone caused trouble. I got that and so much more. The ever present element of danger but the undertone of sweetness brought everything together. Please enjoy.
Title: Nothing to Make a Song About
Author: emmagrant01
Fandom: Sherlock (BBC)
Pairing(s): Sherlock/John, past Sherlock/OMC and John/Mary
Rating: Explicit

Length: ~36,800 words
Summary: When Sherlock returned from his faked death, John could not forgive him for the deception and broke off their friendship. Ten years later, John returns to London in search of yet another new beginning. Sherlock, not surprisingly, is waiting.
Comments: I had to take a minute to just bask in the wonderfulness of this fic before I could do a review. This is the first fic that I’ve come across that has John angry enough to leave Sherlock when he returns. I also loved the twist with Sherlock in the end. This is really well written and I loved how sucked into the story I was. The progressions of their relationship is just perfect and the small signs of affection that set in early are lovely. Please enjoy.
Title: If It Suits
Author: tawq
Fandom: The Avengers
Pairing(s): Coulson/Clint
Rating: Teen
Warnings: A bit of public groping
Length: ~6,700 words
Summary: Clint is not thrilled about his first ever magazine feature and photo shoot. Phil is even less thrilled about having been assigned to supervise Clint and ensure that he behaves. However, thanks to the friendly teasing, the designer clothes, and the ever-present sexual tension, they do manage to have a good time.
Comments: This might be my favorite Shieldhusbands. The author did such a wonderful job with their interactions, the small touches and teasing words. I loved the tension that was communicated through all of their coming together. The interview that reoccurs in small pieces actually adds a lot more than I was expecting to the piece as a whole. You get to see Clint from an outsider’s point of view. I thought it was really sweet to see Clint’s transformation, when talking to the interviewer, when he rants about his favorite designers, misinterpreting the interviewer’s question on clothing designers. It’s just perfect the way he shuts down when he’s being forced into another topic of conversation that he doesn’t care about. Please enjoy.
Title: Keep Your Enemies In Front Of You
Author: Kahtya Sofia (KahtyaSofia)
Fandom: True Blood
Pairing(s): Eric Northman/Alcide Herveaux
Rating: Explicit

Summary: Alcide’s father gets the company in debt to Eric Northman. As part of payment, Alcide finds himself having to do favors for fangers, against his better judgment. How did that come to be and more importantly, what else might Eric demand as payment?
Comments: This is pretty much porn without plot but I liked it a lot more than I was expecting. I really loved how this flowed into the actual season. There were only a few sentence structure and Pam issue but otherwise this is awesome. Please enjoy.
Title: Let Me Hear Your Smile
Author: OneWhoSitsWithTurtles

Rating: Teen
Warnings: Alternate Universe, Blind!Eames
Length: ~4,800 words
Summary: After years of unsuccessful dating Eames had accepted the fact that he’ll never find someone willing to date a blind man. Arthur is determined to prove him wrong.
Based on a prompt given to me for blind!Eames/Arthur and their first date :)
Comments: I went into this looking forward to seeing how the author would write a blind Eames. I was very satisfied with the outcome. Eames remains in character regardless of this new facet. I loved how Arthur and Eames meet up and the descriptions of their coming together are just gorgeous. Please enjoy.
